A focus timer for people with ADHD
For when you lose the thread. One tap starts it, you see the time left, and the week carries a bad day.
How it works
Press Start, or type the hours in
Nothing to set up first. Pick a 25 minute countdown or a stopwatch, or type +45 into today’s hours.
The day answers
A day with a target shows reached, close or missed, in a color and a word. A day off never counts as a miss.
The week adds up and files itself
On Monday, last week moves into History by itself. Trends shows every week, but judges only the ones you finished.
Nothing to set up
Open it and the timer is ready. Targets and days off can wait until you want them.
No account, no ads, no feed
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to scroll. Only a timer and your week.
The week does the judging
One bad day does not sink the week. Only the weeks you finished are judged.
Questions
Is this a medical tool?
No. It is a timer and a weekly count of your hours.
Do I have to set anything up?
No. Press Start, or type in the hours you already did.
What if I forget to stop it?
A countdown stops on its own and logs its length. A stopwatch left over 12 hours is dropped, not logged.
Does it nag?
No. Notifications stay off unless you turn them on, and the end chime can be muted.
Is it free?
Yes. No paid tier, no trial and no ads.
Start when you are ready
No signup and no download. Open it and press Start.
